Financial record ruleNever delete deposit, withdrawal, wallet, bet, settlement, or commission history to clean a screen. Use the Clear resolved requests control for view cleanup; complete records remain available through Download all CSV and the audit/ledger modules.
Start of shift
Open Dashboard and Operations Center. Check pending deposits, pending withdrawals, provider health, notifications, and any unresolved support cases before processing money movement.
Deposits
Use Review queue for active manual or gateway deposits. Approve only verified manual submissions. Gateway deposits must follow provider status. Deposit records contains resolved history. Clear resolved requests only hides records from this browser view; Download all CSV exports the complete dataset.
Withdrawals
Confirm account eligibility and KYC status before payout. Review the requested payout account and amount, approve or decline, then follow the configured SEP/OptekPay routing. Never send a second payout while a provider result is processing or unknown. Completed history remains downloadable even after clearing it from view.
Wallet & credits
The Production Core wallet and ledger are the financial source of truth. Use approved admin adjustments only when required and always preserve the transaction reference and reason. Do not edit displayed balances directly.
Commissions & claims
Commission cycles are generated automatically at 12:00 AM Asia/Manila when the configured interval is due. Retry is a recovery tool, not a routine action. Player/agent claiming remains manual and requires Admin review. Verify the period, base, rate, beneficiary, and available amount before release.
Players, KYC & payout accounts
Use Players for status and hierarchy review. KYC must be verified before withdrawal eligibility. Removed or restricted payout accounts are reviewed under Payment Restrictions; unblock only after the reason has been resolved.
Games & results
Use Games & Game Settings for availability and configuration, Website Game Layout for presentation, and LOTTO Live & Results for draw/result operations. Avoid changing live financial rules during an open draw unless the change has been tested and approved.
Customer service & notifications
Use Customer Service for player concerns and keep support notes factual. Notifications help surface deposit, withdrawal, chat, and commission activity; they do not replace checking the underlying record before taking action.
Security & audit
Never share passwords, private keys, API secrets, OTPs, or provider credentials. Use role-based access and Audit Logs for accountability. Keep financial history immutable; screen cleanup must never erase the underlying record.
